Jerry Perullo is the Founder of Adversarial Risk Management, a cybersecurity System of Record that leverages AI to bring policies to procedures to life, normalizing risk and incident data to bring order to cyber risk management. A seasoned expert in cybersecurity at scale with a focus on corporate governance, Jerry Perullo retired as the Chief Information Security Officer of the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and its global parent company, Intercontinental Exchange (NYSE: ICE), in early 2022. During his 20-year tenure, ICE grew from 40 employees to over 10,000, successfully integrating over $30 billion in mergers and acquisitions and diversifying effectively across asset classes, business segments, and geographic markets. An NACD Directorship Certified® professional, Perullo also served on the Board of Directors of the Financial Services Information Sharing and Analysis Center (FS-ISAC) for six years, most recently as Chairman. He created an Enterprise Cybersecurity Management course as a Professor of the Practice at the Georgia Institute of Technology, where he delivered it via in-person and online instruction to over 2500 students over 5 years.
